Note that by default Deskreen mirror your Mac display to other mobile devices. If you like to extend your Mac screen instead of mirroring it, you need to purchase a Virtual Display Adapter or Display Dummy Plug. This small plug can fool your computer into thinking an external display is connected. So you can use it as second monitor and thus mirror this virtual second screen to other computer, mobile phone, tablet or even smart TV.
