Instagram is full of interesting photos and videos. You may want to save or reuse some videos from Instagram. Unfortunately there is no built-in option to download those videos from Instagram. We have to use a third-party app or service in order to save a copy of Instagram videos offline. There are numerous websites or web-based services that let you save videos from Instagram, and they all work in pretty much the same way. Within the Instagram app, tap the three dot button to the upper right of a post you want to save the video from and select ‘Copy link’ to copy the link to your clipboard. Switch to the online video downloading service and paste the link there. Then download the Instagram video to your computer. For Android users, there are several easier options when it comes to save Instagram videos to the phone.
