If you’re working on a PC, which is running on Windows 11 or 10, and want the apps and content from your Tecno mobile to show on your PC screen, you are at the right place. Today, we will use a Tecno Camon to show you how to mirror the screen or project it to a Windows 11 computer. Note that you’ll need a device that supports Miracast. This feature is present on the majority of recent Android smartphones, not only Tecno mobile, but also Samsung, Oppo, Huawei, Xiaomi, and so on. However the names vary, such as Screen Mirroring, Screencast, Cast, Miracast, etc.
Set up Wireless Display on Windows 11
First of all, we need to add this Wireless Display feature on the PC to turn it into a Miracast Receiver.
On Windows 11 desktop or laptop, click Start > Settings > System > Projecting to this PC.
If it says: Add the “Wireless Display” optional feature to project to this PC, it means you have not enabled this feature yet. Click Optional features > View features > Wireless Display > Install to add the Wireless Display feature to your computer. Then follow below instructions to turn on the Wireless Display feature.
If it says: Launch the Wireless Display app to project to this PC, just click on this link to turn your Windows PC into a Miracast Receiver.

Mirror Tecno phone screen to Windows 11
Before screen mirroring, ensure that your Windows and Tecno phone are both connected to the same WiFi network.
On your Tecno Phone, go to Settings > Connected Devices > Cast. Tap on the three dots at the top right to ensure the Enable wireless display option is turned on. The smart phone will search for your PC and display your PC name. Tap on it to begin casting your Android screen to Windows 11.

On your Windows computer, you may see a notification saying your phone is attempting to project to computer. Click Always allow or OK to connect your Tecno Phone and PC and you can then see your phone’s screen mirrored on your Windows 11 computer.
